Safe maintenance workflow
AI changes are proposed first. Nothing is written to the live app until tests pass and you press Apply. A pre-update backup is created automatically. Security-sensitive/backend changes require the Master Settings PIN again.

What needs fixing or changing? Allow AI to inspect/propose backend changes (higher risk; restart may be required)
